"崗位職責：
1. Single point technical contact to OEM customers and customer technical teams.

2. Lead the requirements analysis and validation planning activities specific to customer projects. Owner of the overall product specification and DVP&R.

3. Coordinate the design efforts of functional engineering teams from multiple locations to ensure an integrated system that meets overall requirements.

4. Participate in the specification and design of all battery components - mechanical, electrical, software, chemical and electronics.

5. Lead system level activities for battery sizing, battery life estimations, battery life test planning, and data analysis.

6. Provide direction on cell design and core product roadmap with respect to cell technology and design.

7. Play an integral role in leading the product design and technology roadmap for the global organization.

8. Assist in developing relationships with suppliers to help generate component specifications and to perform make vs. buy analysis.

9. Assist in the design for manufacturability (DFM) to ensure that the design of all components, sub-systems, and battery system optimizes the manufacturing process at the sub-assembly, battery system assembly, and vehicle level assembly.

10. Assist in establishing a quality system - Support APQP efforts to ensure the delivery of a quality finished product and process. Assist in the development and implementation of a control plan.

11. Manage engineering documentation to ensure a sensible archive of information including engineering calculations, engineering drawings, intellectual property, DFMEAs, validation reports, meeting minutes, trip reports, and customer documents/communication.
