"崗位職責：
As a group leader , to be responsible for designing world-class products which are provided with excellent performance and competitive cost, so as to satisfy the needs of the markets both domestic and international and service our customers.



Typical Duties:



· Responsible for all AFM product designs made in China plants, and all AFM application initiatives

· As a window person ,keeping in touch with Global JCI Engineering around the world regarding global product design strategies and be part of global engineering team to create and implement global AFM product designs for China

· Responsible for compiling technology documents, standards and data in connection with the development for new product.

· Approve AFM products, components designs, BOMs, Part list and drawings.

· Continously reduce the production complexity by optimizing battery product line structure and SKU control

· Continously improve JCI China design guidelines by using multiple design tools, FEA and CAD data.

· Continuously improve JCI China product design compliance, cost to as most competitive in China by getting input from cross-funtional technical team, CSCE, Application engineer, quality engineer and Sales

· Other duties as required
