To support the Coatings business growth in region through providing technical support by carrying out lab experiments fulfilling customer requirements, new business opportunity (NBO) and application tests for internal needs.


Key Responsibilities

1. Complete NBO project of customers and distributors in lab efficienctly

2. Provide technical support for programs on manufacturing productivity and procurement savings

3. Actively provide support to resolve customer complaints

4. Communicate with RD, commercial team and customers...etc to support technical activities.

5. Provide training to commercial team, distributors and conduct customer seminar

6. Help drive sales of New products in coating, adhesive, ink and the other new application field etc.



Knowledge/ Experience/ Skills required

1. Bachelor degree or above in chemistry, materials, polymer, chemical engineering and applied chemisitry

2. 7 years or above technical service experience in coatings or coating raw material industries

3. Good knowledge in coating theory, formulation and application testing

4. Project management over 2 years

5. Good English reading and writing ability
