配合部門內(nèi)的工作協(xié)調(diào)，執(zhí)行原材料承認評估、產(chǎn)品支持、不合格品鑑審單及客訴等試驗工作。
For the work coordination in the department, proceed raw material approval work and production support, deal with non-conforming products and customer complaints, etc.

支持NBO業(yè)務，負責助劑和樹脂產(chǎn)品的應用性能評估。
Responsible for application performance evaluation of additive and resin products to support NBO project.

Main responsibility主要職責項目:

依據(jù)主管的工作安排，協(xié)助進行新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項目(羥丙樹脂和助劑)，包括基礎性研究、樣品合成、物性檢測及性能評估工作。
Under the guidance of supervisor, support new product development projects (acrylic polyol resin & additive), including basic study, sample synthesis, properties examination and performance evaluation.

配合采購降低成本或增加來源之需求，執(zhí)行原材料承認評估作業(yè)，包括產(chǎn)品合成、基本物性檢測及應用性能評估。
Cooperating with Purchasing for cost down or building second source, execute raw material approval work, including synthesis, basic physical properties examination and application performance evaluation.

支持工廠品質(zhì)監(jiān)控之需求，執(zhí)行不合格品處理、客訴以及工藝改善等工作。
Supporting the quality monitoring of Plant, be responsible for dealing with non-conforming products, customer complaints and process improvement, etc.

負責公司的助劑和樹脂產(chǎn)品在涂料配方體系的應用性能評估。
Responsible for the performance assessment of additive and resin products in coating system.

配合部門的工作分派，完成主管指派的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

嚴格遵守公司EHS安全規(guī)范，執(zhí)行實驗室5S例行性工作，確保實驗室安全操作。
Strictly follow company EHS policies and regulations, maintain 5S in laboratory and keep safe operation.

-大學本科畢業(yè)，主修高分子材料、化學或化工等相關(guān)專業(yè)

Bachelor degree, majore in Polymer science, Chemistry or Chemical engineering or relevant department
