海虹老人涂料（中國）有限公司是世界領先的涂料供應商Hempel集團在華的子公司。公司總部設在香港，在中國境內共有三家工廠（廣州、昆山、煙臺）、十個辦事處（北京、大連、青島、上海、成都、廣州、深圳、武漢、天津、重慶）及11個存貨點。其中，為滿足不斷增長的市場需求，廣州工廠為新設的一家設備齊全的現代化新工廠。廣闊的地理覆蓋面使公司具備了在短時間內準時送貨的能力。

海虹老人涂料（中國）有限公司前身為Hempel集團與香港招商局國際有限公司于1992年合資組建的海虹老人牌(中國)有限公司。其實，早在上世紀50年代中期，Hempel就已經活躍于中國市場，為當時的遠洋輪船提供涂料，給日后的長足發展奠定了堅實的基礎。2009年1月，Hempel集團收購招商局國際所持有的海虹老人牌（中國）有限公司的股份后成為該公司的唯一股東，將公司更名為赫普（中國）有限公司。2013年3月，公司再次更名為：海虹老人涂料（中國）有限公司。

The former company of Hempel (China) Ltd was Hempel-Hai Hong (China) Ltd which was founded in 1992 as a joint venture of the Hempel Group and China Merchants Holdings (International) Co Ltd. Before the joint venture, Hempel has been active in China market since 1950’s where we supplied coatings to ocean going vessels. In January 2009, Hempel A/S has acquired 100% shares of Hempel-Hai Hong and the company name was changed to Hempel (China) Ltd.
Established in 1915, today Hempel owns 24 factories, 3 main and 7 regional R&D centers, 48 sales offices and more than 130 inventory points, exported to all over the world with high quality coating products.
