海虹老人涂料（中國）有限公司是世界領(lǐng)先的涂料供應商Hempel集團在華的子公司。公司總部設(shè)在香港，在中國境內(nèi)共有三家工廠（廣州、昆山、煙臺）、十個辦事處（北京、大連、青島、上海、成都、廣州、深圳、武漢、天津、重慶）及11個存貨點。其中，為滿足不斷增長的市場需求，廣州工廠為新設(shè)的一家設(shè)備齊全的現(xiàn)代化新工廠。廣闊的地理覆蓋面使公司具備了在短時間內(nèi)準時送貨的能力。
目前，公司在中國已經(jīng)發(fā)展為工業(yè)漆、船舶漆、集裝箱漆及裝飾漆的市場領(lǐng)導者之一。

海虹老人涂料（中國）有限公司前身為Hempel集團與香港招商局國際有限公司于1992年合資組建的海虹老人牌(中國)有限公司。其實，早在上世紀50年代中期，Hempel就已經(jīng)活躍于中國市場，為當時的遠洋輪船提供涂料，給日后的長足發(fā)展奠定了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。2009年1月，Hempel集團收購招商局國際所持有的海虹老人牌（中國）有限公司的股份后成為該公司的唯一股東，將公司更名為赫普（中國）有限公司。2013年3月，公司再次更名為：海虹老人涂料（中國）有限公司。
HEMPEL集團成立于1915年，在全球擁有24個生產(chǎn)廠，3個主研發(fā)中心及7個區(qū)域性研發(fā)中心，48個銷售辦事處130多個存貨點，以高質(zhì)量的涂料產(chǎn)品遠銷世界各地。
Hempel (China) Ltd is the wholly owned subsidiary of Hempel A/S in China. With its headquarters in Hong Kong, there are three production facilities, ten sales offices located in Beijing, Dalian, Qingdao, Shanghai, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Tianjin and Chongqing, and eleven stock points strategically located in China. Wide geographical coverage enables us to serve our customers with prompt delivery of our products in China.
Today, Hempel (China) Ltd is one of the market leaders of supplying high quality coatings in marine, container, protective and decorative markets.
In line with the One Hempel-One Ambition strategy, and by fully adopting the ISO quality procedures, Hempel China ensures our customers can get the same high quality products as are offered anywhere in the world.
The former company of Hempel (China) Ltd was Hempel-Hai Hong (China) Ltd which was founded in 1992 as a joint venture of the Hempel Group and China Merchants Holdings (International) Co Ltd. Before the joint venture, Hempel has been active in China market since 1950’s where we supplied coatings to ocean going vessels. In January 2009, Hempel A/S has acquired 100% shares of Hempel-Hai Hong and the company name was changed to Hempel (China) Ltd.
Established in 1915, today Hempel owns 24 factories, 3 main and 7 regional R&D centers, 48 sales offices and more than 130 inventory points, exported to all over the world with high quality coating products.
