Responsibilities:
1、To be responsible to accomplish LWR in time.
2、Set up customer information recode and update continuously in time.
3、To conduct a tracking for all the color matching and trial run.
4、New raw materials evaluations for cost saving and product development.
5、Provide in time technical support to production, QC, sales, TSR, etc.
6、Keep good communication with sales team to fully understand customer’s request for product.
7、Investigate customer’s complaints and provide technical support to market.
8、Help maintain and improve our quality system: ISO9001:2000.
