Job DescriptionJob Title: Junior Credit Control OfficerDepartment: Credit DepartmentDivision: Global Finishes GroupLocation: Jiading, ShanghaiJob Summary1. Manage receivable and collection in Oracle system on daily basis. Pre-work with commercial and corresponding dept internally, call or visit customer externally, to push collection2. Being responsible for customer VAT invoice issuance and AR reconciliation if any variance identified.3. Credit memo issuance per occurrence due to quality claim or customer returns4. Release shipment per the collection or payment plan, and make sure in line with credit policy5. Perform risk assessment for any new customers or existing customers through credit agency or public resource, such as google etc.6. Maintain and update customers’ credit terms in oracle system accurately and timely7. Any other Ad hoc job assigned by managerRequirements:1. Be careful, responsible, articulate2. 1 years or above experience in Credit dept3. High sense of responsibility, willing to work under pressure4. Good team player, communication and analyzing skills5. Fluent in English reading and writing6. Familiar with Microsoft tools, including Excel, PPT…7. Experience in Oracle / Hyperion is a plus
