保定風帆美新蓄電池隔板制造有限公司成立于2000年，由中國風帆集團和英國瑞星公司共同投資，2007年美國江森自控有限公司加入風帆美新，現(xiàn)為一家專門生產(chǎn)鉛酸蓄電池隔板的中、英、美三方合資企業(yè)，是中國最大的PE隔板生產(chǎn)基地。
員工中70%以上擁有大學或更高學歷，平均年齡30歲以下。
Baoding Fengfan Rising Battery Separator Co., Ltd. hereinafter referred to as (BFR) was founded in 2000,it is a joint venture between Fengfan Group, China and Rising Group, UK. Johnson Controls Inc. (JCI) joined BFR in 2007. As a joint venture, BFR specializes in lead-acid battery separator and is the largest PE separator production base in China.
Over 70% of the employees possess a bachelor’s degree or higher, and the average age is below 30.

started to run in 2001.

2003年，第二條生產(chǎn)線竣工，產(chǎn)品遠銷俄羅
斯、印度、馬來西亞等國家。

2004年，年生產(chǎn)能力達400萬平米的二線投入運行。生產(chǎn)首批工業(yè)電池隔板，產(chǎn)品出口到韓國、馬來西亞。
The 2nd line with annual capacity of 4.0 million sqm started to run in 2004.Production of Industrial battery separator started and exported to Korea and Malaysia.

2005年，隔板出口到俄羅斯、印度、巴西和阿根廷。
2006年，面積為6000平米的庫房建成并投入使用。
Separator exported to Russia, India, Brazil and Argentina in 2005.
The 6000 sqm warehouse was completed in 2006.
