Main Responsibilities:

1.Technical service by TSR implementation
- To follow TSR process and carry out qualified result on time
- To update information by monthly report and seek for feedback
- To provide technical support to customers on technical related issues and assist to support to define customer needs: make project based technical sales contacts/calls, research cutomer needs and develop application of product and services accordingly. Evaluate product and service marketability in terms of customers\' technical and manufacturing needs.
- To assist to support product launch: develop/adapt formulations and sales tools (e.g. demonstration articles) to ensure successful introduction of the defined products. Participate as part of product launch team.
- To support local production in product application related issues. Support technical retesting of expiring stock in order to decide upon possible shelf life extension.
2. To maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical development that effect target markets.
3. To assist to support product launch: develop/adapt formulations and sales tools (e.g. demonstration articles) to ensure successful introduction of the defined products. Participate as part of product launch team.
