1. Make the mechanical maintenance schedule plan according to the equipment maintenance manual handbook and machine manual book, and carry out the action of maintenance.
2. Make the maintenance manual book and plan and equipments operation specifications.
3. Be responsible for on –site equipment and fixture trouble-shooting
-Coordinate with production lower downtime and improve utilization
4. According to the spare parts consumptions situation and report to production and propose the spare part management and cost control suggestion.
5. Carries out special projects and assignments on request of the Installation Management.
6. Preventive maintenance implementation base on schedule.
7. Supervises and coordinates activities of Electrician and Maintenance Electrician engaged in construction, maintenance and repair of electric power, lighting, CNC machines and communication systems of buildings, factories, and transportation equipment ;
8. Plans wiring and installation of equipment and fixtures such as motors, generators, switches, circuit breakers, and fuse boxes.
9. Master and can independual to deal with the differnet kinds of issues in maintenance. Electrical parts Swivel, of Milling,Pneumatics,Hydraulics, Lubrication / maintenance, blacksmith work ,construction in company machines and equipments.
10. Take the all information about the different equipments including the exhaust system, ventilation, cooling system, air condition system, and air compressor, in time and find the problem and celebrated thesis for the problems and make the mechanical maintenance project design and carry out them.
