Job Responsibilities and Activities:

. In agreement with his hierarchy, prepare product formulations with the available Raw Materials in order to match price and performance data as expressed in the scoping documents

. In agreement with his hierarchy, conduct various physic/chemical/mechanical tests on finished products

. Communicate all results to his hierarchy through regular written reports

. Take part to the transfer of product formulations into ERP systems and control implementation in factories

. Take part to the realization of industrial trials and application trials

. In agreement with his hierarchy, conduct new Raw Material trials related to cost savings or consolidation projects.

. Organize and maintain the technical data associated to product performances and formulations history

. Use the R&D equipment in respect with the internal EH&S and all other internal rules

. Can be asked by his hierarchy to formulate and test product formulations to match specific customers requests

. Can be asked by his hierarchy to take part to the resolution of claims that are related to product performances

. Communicate with Marketing (Product Manager) about advancement of various projects and performances of various products

Requirements:

1. Meeting all related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems and EHS Management Systems
   
   


2. Knowledge of Architectural Coatings chemistry and technologies
   
   


3. Sense of precision
   
   


4. Organization skills
   
   


5. English speaking and Mandarin speaking
