Main Responsibilities：

1. Leads a team of 8Technical Service experts.

2. Works independently, guides technical service representatives in/ pre/post-sales technical support.

3. Perform as a paint/coatings expert with experience in UV wood coating technologies and advanced experience with wood industrial paints.

4. Identify and execute plans to support complaint investigations, product/system recommendations and customer support work as well as lab support work and customer training.

5. Support the sales team to manage/develop customer accounts to achieve sales growth/profit objectives.

6. Coordinate, investigate, and recommend new business tools for users as requested.

7. Lead team to fine modify formula to fit customer application line.

8. Control application quality to avoid coatings failure, such as poor adhesion, crack, yellowing, etc.



Job Requirements:

1. Major in Chemistry or Chemical.

2. Solid UV wood paints R&D and application experience.

3. Have 5 year managing experience.

4. Good communication skills.

AkzoNobel coating Co., Ltd is one of the top 500 companies in the world, whose headquarter is based in Netherlands. Its subordinates DongGuan site which was found on December 8th, 2001.
